That is up to you! Folding chairs / picnic blankets are very welcome.
We also have a disabled viewing platform if you've pre-booked an accessible ticket.
Outside food and drink is not permitted on site. We have a fabulous selection of fairly priced, delicious food from local vendors and mouth-watering drinks available on-site. We are a licensed event and bag searches will be in operation on arrival, any alcohol brought onto site will be confiscated. 1 SEALED bottle of water per person is permitted and we have water refills stations on-site throughout the event.
Standard tickets grant general admission. If you choose VIP tickets, you'll get access to the show 30 minutes early to get the best viewing spot via a dedicated security lane, you'll get 2 welcome drinks of your choice (beer, wine, cider, Prosecco, cocktail, spirit/mixer or soft drink), you'll have access to our VIP area with private bar and posh toilets plus a comfy area to relax.
As you'll appreciate, the weather is a little unpredictable but we are prepared for virtually any eventuality. Our festival stage is 'all weather' and the events will still take place if it's raining. High footfall areas are protected by track way and we are very confident that rain will not affect the Good Times!
If you're local, we highly recommend walking or cycling! check out the 'Getting Here' page for all the other options!
There is limited on-site parking and you can book this during your ticket booking for £10. This will allow you to park in our on-site car park with a short walk to the entrance gates.
You do not need to print your eTicket, showing it on a mobile device is fine. If you can't find your confirmation e-mail or eTickets, you will need to present ID upon arrival for us to retrieve your booking information.
Yes, we have a limited number of accessible tickets for each show which include a ticket for a complimentary carer plus give you access to our viewing platform.

Yes, there will be a designated exit for re-admission if you need to leave the event site.

Please do not re-sell tickets for a profit.
Only designated support dogs are permitted on-site.
We will advise of this 4 weeks ahead of the events
