Accessibility at Good Times Live 2026

At Pepsi Presents Good Times Live, we believe live music should be for everyone. That’s why we’re committed to making the festival as welcoming and accessible as possible. We recommend reviewing the full details of our accessibility support below before booking your ticket.

Accessible Tickets & Passes

To utilise our accessible facilities you must purchase an accessible pass. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. These access tickets include use of our viewing platform.

Once the access tickets (including the viewing platform)  are sold out, we can still allocate carer tickets if you qualify. Please email us once you have purchased your standard tickets hello@goodtimeslive.co.uk.

We handle each request individually and understand that everyone’s needs are different. If you have questions, need a specific adjustment not mentioned, or want to provide alternative evidence, please get in touch via hello@goodtimeslive.co.uk.

Companion Tickets

If you’re unable to attend the festival without support due to your disability, we offer a free companion ticket.

Companions must be aged 16 or over. If you're attending with a disabled child under 18 with high support needs, contact us to discuss your ticket options: hello@goodtimeslive.co.uk.

These tickets do not  grant access to our viewing platform.

Assistance Dogs

If you plan to bring an assistance dog, please contact us for approval before the festival via hello@goodtimeslive.co.uk. The following conditions apply:

  • Assistance dogs must wear an identifiable working jacket in all entertainment areas.
  • Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and for disposing of waste.
  • Good Times Live reserves the right to refuse entry to animals that don’t meet official assistance criteria or haven’t been approved in advance.

Accepted Evidence

To request a companion ticket we ask for a scan or photo of one of the following:

  • Access Card with the +1 symbol (for companion ticket)
  • A dated confirmation letter showing receipt of the ‘Daily Living’ component of PIP or DLA (for companion tickets)
  • Proof of registration as severely sight impaired
  • Medical evidence or diagnosis of a condition such as autism
  • Letter from a GP or healthcare provider confirming your support needs at an event

Blue Badge Parking

If you have booked parking with your event tickets, show your blue badge upon arrival and you’ll be given priority parking in our main car park.

If you’re being dropped off, follow event signage to our dedicated drop off area.

Site Terrain

Much of the Good Times Live site is grass-covered - during wet weather it may become muddy or uneven. There is a gravel path running to our accessible viewing platform and there are toilet facilities expletive to the platform users.

Questions?

If you have any further questions or need help planning your visit, don’t hesitate to reach out: hello@goodtimeslive.co.uk.
